Significantly more money but that would mean getting up 2 hours earlier, spending time either killing my car, sitting in tolls every day, taking the bus, racing a clock every day to try to not miss the bus or wait for the next, getting in passed 7 if I'm lucky, maybe see my kids for 45 minutes, shove a dinner in, lather rinse repeat.
Or, take a job for less, commute 20 minutes, save $$$ on all those costs. Occasionally drive my kids to school, get home at a reasonable time. Volunteer and coach all my kids sports and after school things.
Now with a kid already in college and one more close to going, there is no dollar value you give me to replace the time I was able to spend with my kids as well as the extra hour or two a day I had to just. I fantasize about getting to zero and being comfortable there-- at which point, I totally look forward to priorizing my time, since I'll have autonomy with it.
